Add a pic when playing music on TCPMP

If you create folders for all your artists and then within each folder save a picture (240x240)of, for example, their album cover, and call it "folder.jpg" Now you will get a visual effect while playing music :D
Top tip - right click on album covers on amazon and save the pic.
